Introduction:

Ideal drilling & marking machine for angles in steel tower industry.

The drilling machine used on the existing CNC angle drilling production 

line can be divided into two types: The first one is used on CNC single-sided drilling production line. When drilling angle, turn the angle 90 ?nbsp;

after drilling the hole on one side of angle; then drill the hole on another 

side of angle. As shown in Figure 1. The second one is used on the existing 

CNC 2-Sided angle drilling production line. This drilling machine requires angle 

opening upward, drilling holes on two directions from the angle bottom 

with the vertical line into the 45 ?nbsp;angle, this drilling machine as shown 

in Figure 2.

The first type drilling machine requires lengthening drill pipe, in order to 

avoid standing angles one side when changing the different drill bits, moreover once installation 

can only single-side drill, so low efficiency.

The second type drilling machine: because the main spindle of drill is at the 

bottom, the cooling water will follow the drill pipe down into the gearbox 

when the failure of the waterproof seal, which will cause corrosion of parts,

 so that equipment can not be in normal use. Moreover, the installation of 

the machine requires the pit depth for more than 1m. So cause large basis 

investment and cuttings cleaning and maintenance of equipment is not 

convenient.

Drilling heads upwards on the newly CNC angle drilling production line 

avoid the above shortcomings of the two production lines.
